Meet Tina Breckenfeld

Over her 25-year career, Tina has honed her expertise in operations and facility management across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Her journey began at Fossil Headquarters, where she managed facilities during the company’s peak growth. She then oversaw operations for a private company with offices in Oregon and Texas. Most recently, Tina served as Director of Facilities for Catholic Charities of Dallas, where she managed a diverse portfolio of 10 properties, including senior apartments, a COVID-19 response hotel, preschools, recreation centers, food pantries, and a corporate office, as well as a fleet of vehicles.

Driven by her faith, Tina recognized the unique challenges faced by small businesses and non-profits in managing their operational needs. Many lack the resources to hire full-time facility or operations managers. Tina’s deep industry knowledge and extensive network of trusted vendors enable Building Burro to provide flexible, shared services tailored to each organization’s needs—eliminating the burden of additional headcount and expense.
